Cancellation & No-Show Policy for Free 1:1 Sessions: We value your time and ours, so to ensure commitment and availability for those who truly need it, we have implemented a cancellation and no-show policy for free 1:1 consultations. ✅ Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. ❌ Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees: 1. Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: €50 fee; 2. By booking a free 1:1 session, you also agree to these terms.
