Educational content only
Everything we publish — courses, masterclasses, PDFs, emails, videos, calls, community posts, WhatsApp or Discord messages, and pages on our sites — is general education.

It is not personalised investment advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. It is not a trading signal. We do not assess your finances, tax position, risk capacity or objectives.

We are not a licensed investment adviser in the Netherlands or anywhere else. For advice on your own situation, speak to a regulated adviser where you live.

What we teach
Most current material is about systematic ETF investing and a monthly review habit (Invest 1 Hour / Investitor 1 Oră / the 1 Hour method).

We also still offer, and have previously offered, trading education (including live or on-demand trading courses), a market-commentary subscription (AI Wealth Intel and related emails), and community spaces (Discord, WhatsApp). Old students keep access under the terms that applied when they bought.

Do not read a return range, a time habit or a risk profile from the ETF material into a trading course, or the other way around.

Individual shares
Some material, including AI Wealth Intel emails, names individual companies and shares — for example a “stock of the week”, an insider filing, or a dip-buy example.

A single share is not an ETF. It can fall a lot because of one company, one sector or one headline. Naming a share is a teaching example: why the filing, the multiple or the setup is interesting. It is not “buy this for your account”.

The core method we teach for long-term portfolios remains diversified ETFs. A named share is optional satellite research, not a replacement for that core, and not a portfolio we manage for you.

Risk
Investing and trading can lose some or all of the money you put in. Prices fall as well as rise.

That is also true for diversified index funds and ETFs. Diversification reduces single-company risk. It does not remove market risk. Broad markets have fallen and stayed down for years.

Past performance is not a reliable guide to future results. Charts, calculators and projections are arithmetic under stated assumptions, not a forecast of what you will get.

Figures such as “20–50% a year”, “€500/month to €1.2M in 20 years” or “1 hour a month” are illustrations. The hour is the ongoing review after setup. Initial learning takes longer. No wealth target is guaranteed.

We do not track typical student results. We do not see your brokerage account.

Simulated and hypothetical results
Simulated, backtested or demo results are built with hindsight. They do not include your fills, slippage, fees, or whether you follow a rule after a loss. No account is likely to match a simulated track record.

Where hypothetical futures-style results appear, the same limits apply as under CFTC Rule 4.41: hypothetical results are not a promise of similar live profits or losses.

We never hold your money
We do not hold, manage, administer or access client funds. You open an account in your own name at a broker you choose. You place your own orders. We have no trading authority and no ability to withdraw.

We do not operate copy-trade accounts and we do not endorse any copy-trade provider.

Commission
We are a partner of at least one investment platform used in the teaching. If you open an account through our link and start investing, that platform may pay us a referral commission.

You pay nothing extra. Fees and conditions at that platform are the same with or without our link. The method works at any broker that gives you access to comparable funds. The link is marked where it appears.

This is separate from our product-affiliate programme (commissions on course purchases). No product-affiliate commission is paid for opening or funding a brokerage account.

Emails, community and AI Wealth Intel
AI Wealth Intel, Weekly Market Edge, Insider Radar, Monday notes, “Stock of the Week”, “Green Light / Protect / Cash”, and any ticker or idea mentioned on email, Zoom, Discord or WhatsApp are market commentary and teaching examples.

They are not an order to buy or sell. They are not a mandate for your portfolio. They are not trade management. We do not set your stop, target or size.

“Insider” or politician-portfolio references use public filings only. We do not have or share non-public inside information.

AI tools scan public data. They can be wrong. A human check does not turn the output into advice.

If someone asks about crypto on WhatsApp or elsewhere, any reply is still education, not a recommendation. Crypto can go to zero. It is not the core of the ETF method.

If you join WhatsApp or Discord, other members may see your name or number and may post their own ideas. We do not control how members use that. We may remove people who spam, pitch or behave badly.

People who work with us may trade their own money, in their own way, without telling you.

Autotrading and tools
Any bot, expert advisor, indicator or similar tool we have ever supplied is for education and testing. Live results are your responsibility. Past access to such tools does not mean we run your account.

Testimonials
Reviews describe one person’s experience. They are not typical, not a guarantee, and not evidence of investment returns.

We do not pay cash for reviews. Some people who leave a review may get a non-cash thank-you (a session, a PDF or a video). That does not buy the opinion. Where we publish that review, we disclose the benefit. The person can still say what they think, including something negative.

Marketing language
Promotional copy describes what a method is designed to do under stated assumptions. It is not a promise that you will be profitable tomorrow, or at all. Most active short-term traders lose money over time.

Limitation of liability
The sites and materials are provided as is. To the extent Dutch and EU consumer law allow, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for decisions you make after reading our material.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit, including intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Other sites
Links to brokers, tools or other websites are not an endorsement. Their terms apply on their pages.

Jurisdiction
Materials are produced in the Netherlands for a general European audience. Tax, product availability and regulation differ by country. You check what applies where you live.

Dutch law applies. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer forum rights you have where you live.

If you do not accept this page, do not use the site or the programmes.
